Cops accused of harassing and wrongfully arresting a gay man have been put on desk duty

"Miami Beach police officers Frankly Forte and Elliot Hazzi have been put on desk duty after a gay man accused the officers of wrongfully arresting him, Miami Beach police said in a statement they released last night,"reports NBCMiami.com.
