Top fashion model Eric Rutherford is known as the silver-haired fox, and you can see why from the accompanying photographs. The handsome Rutherford was recently interviewed by the men's fashion blog, Portis Wasp, and you can read an excerpt of that here.
Portis Wasp: Talk me through an average day in the life of you?
Eric Rutherford: At this point in my life, I don’t think I could describe an average day as every day is above average. Every day is different. Whether it’s modeling in NICK GRAHAM’S SHOW during MFW in NY or brainstorming about my new column for AT LARGE Magazine. In this chapter of my life, I am focused on being my best self, embracing all the amazing opportunities I have been experiencing, and going for it.
Portis Wasp: You are a man who wears many faces in the fashion industry, where are you at your most comfortable?
Eric Rutherford: I am most comfortable being a storyteller. I love telling a story through words or images.
Portis Wasp: As you can appreciate, I'm mostly here for your model looks which have lead to you working with countless photographers and brands over the years but more recently for Charlie by Matthew Zink. Are you more of a double denim or leather and lace kind of lad?
Eric Rutherford: I am more of double denim lad. But I do like to throw on a bit of leather when I’m feeling a bit sexy/dirty.
