Seattle: 5 Month Sentence in Anti-gay Attack

"Hakeem Ahmed Musa, a 24-year-old Seattle man who admitted to beating and robbing a man on Capitol Hill after deriding him for being gay was sentenced Friday to five months in jail," reports Levi Pulkkinen. According to charging documents, the man told police that Musa had approached him on the sidewalk and asked if he wanted to have a drink. When the man declined, a Seattle police detective told the court, Musa yelled, "This dude is gay!" and punched him in the face.
