U.S. falls even further behind on gay rights

"Last week, Argentina became the first country in Latin America to legalize same-sex marriage , and to provide gay couples with all the benefits pertaining thereto. Sadly, the United States, which has traditionally been at the vanguard of human rights developments, finds itself falling behind in one of the great trends of human history," reports Sun-Sentinel.
