The Bear-Naked Chef series was created by Adrian De Berardinis and in this episode the talented chef instructs us on how to cook his new Italian dish, Paccheri Con Gamberi. Adrian reminisces about his visits to the Amalfi Coast from where this creation was inspired. He says, "...the beauty of this dish is in its simplicity, highlighting the freshness of its few ingredients." He adds, it's "an easy recipe that everyone will want to try and will indulge in its sophisticated flavor profile." Yummy!
